Hot Water Tank Leak Part 2

This customers hot water tank malfunctioned leaving standing water all over her finished basement. She had converted this area into a small apartment for her son. In order to dry her carpet we used our extraction wound, and truck mount. This allows our technicians to get all the excess water out of the carpet without having to remove it. This save both time, and money for the client, and their insurance company. If at all possible we try to restore instead of replace. In this situation we were able to successfully save most of the clients contents, and their carpet.
