Excess Moisture

On this job our client experienced mold in several areas of the home surrounding the bathroom. The cause of this mold was excess moisture. There war not a vent installed in the bathroom causing the moisture from the shower to stay inside the home. A lot of times this happens in the winter due to homes being winterized, and closed up tight. It traps the moisture, and leads to mold spore throughout your home. The area that was most infected in this case was the bathroom. Particularly the tub. In case like this we go in scrape the mold clean, and use antimicrobial. We also place dehumidifiers throughout the home in the affected areas.
