Drain Back up

This customer had a backup in here home due to a drain being clogged. A storm rolled through the area, and produced a lot of rain. In this case the rain had no where to go but back up through the clients drains, and into her home. The carpet had to be completely removed, and replaced due to the water damage. It also left behind some mold. Our technicians were able to go in tear out, and dry the affected area for our client. In cases like this we were able to then recommend a carpet company to the client to. In so many case even after our part is done we do what we can to help make the horrible experience easier on our customers.
